2017 is looking better

Featured

Following various contacts from Students, Family & Staff re: ongoing-care of Child Sexual Abuse situations – 2017 is already starting to be a productive year. Fortunate that Qld Gov have already altered their Compensation Laws, allowing for time restrictions to b e be removed, many of the BBC instances are permissible of claims. Another advantage is the accepted patterns that are being reinforced by GM Cujes (RC Broadcasts, 2016) & other key Staff.

Potential Charges – (Anthony) Kim Buchanan

Although many of us are still trying to cope with the negative impact of our time with Butch, one of us has suggested that we could lay Charges on him for what was experienced at BBC. As this is expected to be seperate from individual / collective-group Claims, it has been suggested that we can lodge it together.

As Cameron Russell was willing to be our Contact for this part, please respond to him on the following details. Alternatively, I will continue to FWD any of my collected info to Cameron Russell, for these purposes.

Further details uncovered

After meeting with another CSA Survivor of Buchanan’s behaviours in the 1980’s, more common traits have stood out. Following a similar meet with a CSA Survivor of Secondary abuse, resulting from Buchanan’s initial abuses, there is no wonder that Institutions (Churches, Schools, Teams etc) invest more in silencing this explosive tigers-dragons-mines!

Names of involved staff will soon be posted…

CSA and gradual unearthing!

It is with bewilderment that some Survivors of CSA bring forward their stories and certain ‘foundations of society’ do not show any compassion, only displaying defence. Throughout the current Royal Commission in Australia, I have experienced challenges and legal threats, for somethings included in my own “Coping Mechanisms”.

From the growing multitude of evidence, witnesses and cited Institutions – Australia is truly `leading the way’ amongst our world’s countries. This is truly a much-needed change, away from a long-term culture of “Hidden Secrets”.
